Wreath Returns and Refunds
At Hazelwood Floristry, we want you to feel confident when ordering from us. The following policy outlines your rights and our procedures for refunds and returns when purchasing wreaths through our website.
Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under Irish and EU distance-selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your wreath.
If you choose to cancel within this cooling-off period:

You will receive a full refund.

The wreath must be returned to us in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging where possible.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item unless it is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds for cancellations are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Returns for Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your wreath arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Irish consumer law.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
In the case of a faulty or incorrect item:

Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

You may choose a replacement wreath or a full refund.

Items That Cannot Be Refunded
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on:

Wreaths that have been used, displayed outdoors in weather conditions, or damaged after delivery.

Wreaths returned without original packaging or in a condition that prevents resale (unless faulty).

Custom or bespoke wreaths created specifically to match wedding flowers or special requests - unless they are faulty.

How to Return Your Wreath
To start a return, please contact us at hazelwoodfloristry@hotmail.com or through our contact form here, with:

Order number

Reason for return

Supporting photos (if applicable)
We will then confirm the return and you can send your package to our return address - 49 Rathlyon Grove, Ballycullen, Dublin 24, D24 AEY7.
Please ensure the wreath is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. We recommend using tracked postage for your peace of mind.

Processing Your Refund
Once we receive the returned wreath and confirm its condition:

Refunds are processed within 14 days.

Funds will be returned to your original payment method.

You will receive confirmation by email once the refund has been issued.
