Delivery, Terms and Conditions

Wedding Package Information 

Thank you for choosing our artificial faux flower rental service for your special day. Please read the following delivery terms and conditions carefully to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver throughout Ireland.

  • Additional charges may apply for delivery outside standard service areas. Our standard service areas are Kildare, Dublin,Wicklow and Laois.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery and collection fees are calculated based on distance and the size of your order.

  • Charges will be clearly outlined in your quote before booking confirmation.

  • Standard delivery and set up cost is €250.

Payment

  • For wedding floral rentals, a booking deposit is required to secure your date of €250.

  • The remaining balance is due no later than 3 weeks prior to the wedding date.

  • If full payment is not received by this deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, and the deposit may be forfeited.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Delivery of your floral items will typically take place on the morning of your wedding with collection arranged for the following day or as agreed.

  • We will coordinate with you or your venue to ensure secure and timely handover.

  • Please note that venue setup requires a minimum of  2–3 hours. Kindly confirm with your church and/or venue that we will have access to setup at least 3 hours before the ceremony start time.

Responsibility on Delivery

  • Once delivered, the care and security of the flowers are the responsibility of the client or venue.

  • A designated contact person must be available to receive and sign for the delivery.

Weather

  • ​In the event of severe weather conditions (such as storms or heavy rain), it may not be possible to safely set up decorations outdoors. If this occurs, all décor will be relocated and arranged inside the church or venue as an alternative.

Collection of Rentals

  • All rental items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.

  • We will arrange a collection time with you or the venue post-event.

  • Please ensure all items are repacked securely in their original boxes/packaging.

Damages or Loss

  • A security deposit may be required for large rental orders.

  • Any damage, loss, or failure to return items will be subject to replacement charges. These charges are the full replacement value at the time of hire. 

  • Minor wear is expected, but significant damage (e.g., staining, breakage, missing items) will be charged accordingly. The charge for these items is the current market value on that day.

Cancellations & Postponement 

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible and fair as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below before confirming your booking:​

  • Once your wedding flower rental package is confirmed, a non refundable booking deposit of €250 is required to secure your date and selected items. 

  • If you need to cancel we require a minimum of 60 days notice. 

  • We’re happy to accommodate minor changes to your package (quantities, colour tweaks, etc.) up to 8 weeks before your event, subject to availability.

  • Any major changes or postponements may require a revised agreement and updated quote.

  • If your event is postponed, we will do our best to transfer your booking to a new date, subject to availability. Your deposit will carry over if notice is given at least 60 days prior to the original event date.

Cancellations Due to Force Majeure

  • In the unlikely event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances outside of your control (e.g., severe weather, government restrictions), we will offer a date transfer or credit note where possible.

Cancellations by Hazelwood Floristry

  • In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to exceptional circumstances:

    • You will receive a full refund, including your booking fee.

    • We will also assist in helping you find an alternative supplier where possible.

We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of venue restrictions, safety concerns, or non-payment.

Liability & Responsibility

  • We accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property resulting from the use or misuse of hired items. All rental items are to be used at the hirer’s own risk.

  • It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that all items are handled with care and used in a safe and appropriate manner. Any damage caused due to negligence, misuse may result in additional charges.

  • We are not liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, venue access issues, or acts beyond our control.

  • The hirer is responsible for ensuring that any third parties involved (e.g. venue staff, coordinators, or family members) are aware of and comply with these terms.

If you have any special delivery requests or venue requirements, we’re happy to work with you to accommodate them. Please get in touch at least 2 weeks prior to your event to finalise logistics.

Wreath Information

Wreath Information 

We’re delighted to offer nationwide delivery for our wreaths across Ireland.

  • Standard Delivery: All wreaths are securely packaged and shipped via An Post.

  • Delivery Fee: Standard postage is approximately €7 per wreath.

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days of confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on location and time of year.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your wreath has been dispatched, so you can monitor its journey to your door.

Product Information

  • All wreaths are handmade and may vary slightly in appearance due to the natural materials used.

  • Images on the website are for illustrative purposes. While we do our best to replicate each design, slight variations in colour, size, or texture may occur. If for any reason we dont have the specific flowers in the picture we will use a similar variety and you will be notified when you place the order.. 

  • Custom wreaths are made to order and tailored to your preferences, which may require additional lead time.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase to confirm your order.

  • Delivery charges are additional and clearly stated at checkout.

Cancellations & Returns

  • Due to the handmade nature of our wreaths, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or faulty upon arrival.

  • If your wreath arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • Custom or personalised wreaths are non-refundable once production has started.

Care Instructions

  • Wreaths are suitable for outdoor display and will last a long time however, direct exposure to weather elements such as rain, wind, and strong sunlight may shorten their lifespan.

  • ​For best results, hang your wreath in a protected area such as under a porch, canopy, or shelter.

Liability

  • We are not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the use or display of the wreath once it has been delivered.

  • Please ensure wreaths are securely fastened when hung, particularly on external doors.
