Products are shipped via An Post with a standard postage fee of €7 per order.

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days, unless otherwise stated or in the case of custom designs.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Eligibility for Returns

• To be eligible for a return, the bouquet must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to notify us of your intention to return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalised Bouquets (e.g., bespoke designs) are non-refundable, unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items

• If your bouquet arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photographs of the item and packaging.
